Delete Your MONDO TAROT Account

You may submit a request to permanently delete your MONDO TAROT account and the personal data associated with your account that is stored by MONDO TAROT.

After your request is confirmed, your account will enter a 7-day pending deletion period. During this period, if you sign in to MONDO TAROT again, your deletion request will automatically be canceled and your account will be restored. If you do not sign in again, your account deletion will be processed after the waiting period ends.

What data will be deleted?

Once the deletion process is completed, MONDO TAROT will delete your account and the associated personal data stored on MONDO TAROT's systems, including:

• Account information;
• User profile information;
• AI Tarot history and data stored on MONDO TAROT's systems and associated with your account;
• Other data stored by MONDO TAROT that is directly associated with your account.

Certain information may continue to be retained where retention is required or permitted by applicable law.

Data stored only locally on your device may not be deleted through the account deletion request on this page. You may remove local data using the relevant features within the application or by deleting the application or its local data from your device.

Subscriptions and payments

Deleting your MONDO TAROT account does not automatically cancel an auto-renewable subscription managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

If you have an active subscription and do not want to be charged at the next renewal date, you should cancel your subscription through the subscription management settings of the Apple App Store or Google Play before completing account deletion.

Apple, Google, or other payment providers may continue to retain transaction records in accordance with their own policies and legal obligations. These records are not under MONDO TAROT's direct control.

Before you continue

Please continue only if you are certain that you want to delete your account. After the 7-day waiting period has ended and the deletion process has been completed, data deleted from MONDO TAROT's systems will no longer be maintained under your active account.

If you sign in again during the 7-day waiting period, your account deletion request will automatically be canceled.
