This Privacy Policy explains how MONDO TAROT collects, uses, stores, processes, shares, and deletes information when you use the MONDO TAROT application, MONDO TAROT-related features available through tramchuyenke.com, or other services directly related to MONDO TAROT.

MONDO TAROT is one of the projects introduced and provided through tramchuyenke.com.

Unless otherwise stated on a specific page or service, this Privacy Policy applies only to MONDO TAROT and to portions of tramchuyenke.com that are directly related to MONDO TAROT.

2. Minimum Age

MONDO TAROT is intended for users who are at least 16 years old.

Individuals under the age of 16 may not create or maintain a MONDO TAROT account.

MONDO TAROT currently does not require users to provide their date of birth. However, we may request confirmation that a user meets the minimum age requirement when creating an account or using certain features.

If we have reasonable grounds to determine that an account belongs to an individual under the age of 16, we may suspend the account, restrict access, or delete the account and related data.

Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with Apple App Store policies, Google Play policies, and applicable law.

3. Types of Data We Collect

Depending on how you use MONDO TAROT, we may process the following types of information.

3.1. Account Information

When you sign in or create an account using Google or Apple, MONDO TAROT may receive information such as:

user ID;
email address;
name;
information necessary to authenticate your account;
authentication tokens or codes;
information necessary to maintain your login session.

MONDO TAROT does not operate its own password system and does not receive or store users’ Google or Apple passwords.

If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email address, MONDO TAROT may receive a private relay email address generated by Apple instead of your actual email address.

3.2. MONDO TAROT Profile

Depending on the features you use, your MONDO TAROT profile may include:

nickname;
display name;
level;
bio;
interests;
Tarot reading preferences;
Tarot reading style;
personalization preferences;
account configuration information.

3.3. Device Identifiers and Technical Identifiers

MONDO TAROT may generate an internal device identifier to support application functionality, account operation, security, fraud prevention, and technical troubleshooting.

This internal identifier is generated by MONDO TAROT and is not a password.

Third-party advertising or analytics services, including Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK, and Google Analytics technologies, may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or similar technical information depending on:

the operating system;
SDK configuration;
the user's region;
consent choices;
system permissions;
App Tracking Transparency permission on supported Apple platforms;
applicable law.

On Apple platforms, access to identifiers or data used for tracking is subject to Apple's privacy requirements, including App Tracking Transparency where applicable.

3.4. Tarot Reading Data Stored on the Device

Most standard Tarot readings are processed using MONDO TAROT's existing Tarot data and application functionality.

Tarot reading history and results may be stored locally using SQLite within the application's storage area on the user's device.

When a user performs a Tarot reading, the application may automatically save the result to the reading history.

Local Tarot reading data:

may remain on the device until the user deletes it;
may be deleted when the user uses the relevant deletion feature;
under the current application configuration, is generally designed to be removed when the application and its local data are removed from the device.

Operating-system backup or restoration behavior may depend on the user's device, platform, backup settings, and operating-system configuration.

3.5. Subscription Information

MONDO TAROT offers an automatically renewing monthly subscription.

While the monthly subscription is active, it currently provides:

removal of advertisements within MONDO TAROT; and
seven (7) AI Tarot readings included at no additional charge during each monthly subscription period.

Subscription availability, billing, renewal, cancellation, pricing, and payment terms are handled through the applicable application store and are subject to the terms displayed to the user at the time of purchase.

MONDO TAROT may process technical entitlement information necessary to determine whether a monthly subscription is active and which subscription benefits are available.

4. AI Tarot and Data Sent to AI Services

MONDO TAROT includes artificial intelligence features that provide detailed interpretations of Tarot readings.

The system primarily uses the Google Gemini API and, in certain circumstances, may use the OpenAI API.

When you use AI Tarot, MONDO TAROT may send information to its backend including:

the question entered by the user;
information about the selected Tarot cards;
the positions of the cards;
the context of the reading;
other information necessary for the AI service to generate an interpretation.

The MONDO TAROT backend may then transmit the information necessary to provide the requested AI functionality to Google Gemini or OpenAI.

MONDO TAROT does not intentionally include account information such as:

email address;
user ID;
nickname;
internal device ID;

in AI requests unless doing so becomes necessary for a feature in the future and this Privacy Policy is updated accordingly.

4.1. Storage of AI Tarot Content

MONDO TAROT may store:

the exact text of questions submitted by users;
information about the Tarot reading;
the text or content generated by the AI service;
AI Tarot usage history;
technical information necessary to operate the AI Tarot feature.

This information may be used to:

provide AI Tarot history;
operate AI Tarot;
display previous AI Tarot results;
enforce applicable usage entitlements;
diagnose technical problems;
maintain service reliability.

MONDO TAROT does not use users' Tarot questions or Tarot histories to train MONDO TAROT's own AI models.

Third-party AI providers have their own data-processing practices and privacy policies.

The manner in which Google or OpenAI processes information received through their APIs may depend on the applicable product, service plan, provider configuration, contractual terms, and privacy policy of the relevant provider.

5. Sensitive Information and AI Tarot

AI Tarot allows users to enter questions in free-form text.

As a result, users may voluntarily enter private, confidential, or sensitive information.

MONDO TAROT does not require or encourage users to provide sensitive personal information through AI Tarot.

Users should avoid entering:

health or medical information;
medical records;
financial or bank account information;
passwords;
payment card numbers;
government identification numbers;
authentication credentials;
information concerning religious beliefs;
political opinions;
information regarding sexual life or sexual orientation;
biometric data;
highly confidential personal information;
confidential information belonging to another person;
any information that the user does not want transmitted to third-party AI services.

If users voluntarily include such information in an AI Tarot question, the information may be processed as part of the AI request and may be stored in AI Tarot history as described in this Privacy Policy.

Where applicable law requires specific consent or imposes additional restrictions on processing a particular category of data, MONDO TAROT will implement appropriate measures where required.

6. Error Logs and Technical Data

MONDO TAROT's backend may retain technical information and error logs for purposes including:

detecting errors;
diagnosing application or server problems;
ensuring stable system operation;
protecting the security of the service;
preventing abuse;
investigating abnormal activity.

Technical logs are generally retained for a maximum period of approximately 90 days, after which they may be deleted or overwritten according to operational procedures.

MONDO TAROT does not intentionally use error logs as a method of storing Tarot content.

However, in certain technical error situations, request content, including part or all of an AI Tarot question, may inadvertently appear in a technical log.

Under the current configuration, MONDO TAROT's error logging systems are not intentionally designed to record IP addresses for the purpose of personally identifying users.

7. Purchases and Monthly Subscription

MONDO TAROT offers an automatically renewing monthly subscription through supported application stores.

The monthly subscription currently provides:

an advertisement-free experience within MONDO TAROT while the subscription is active; and
seven (7) AI Tarot readings included during each monthly subscription period.

Payments are processed through the applicable distribution platform, such as:

Apple App Store;
Google Play.

MONDO TAROT does not directly process or store users' complete credit card or payment card details.

To verify transactions, subscriptions, and entitlements, MONDO TAROT's backend may process or store information including:

subscription status;
subscription entitlement information;
transaction ID;
purchase ID;
purchase token;
transaction verification information;
information necessary to confirm that a purchase or subscription is valid.

Apple, Google, or another applicable store provider may independently process and retain transaction information in accordance with its own privacy policy, terms, and legal obligations.

8. Google Analytics

MONDO TAROT and/or MONDO TAROT-related pages on tramchuyenke.com may use Google Analytics or related Google analytics technologies to understand how users interact with the service.

Depending on the relevant configuration, analytics information may include:

usage events;
screens or features accessed;
application information;
device information;
usage sessions;
technical information;
identifiers used by analytics technologies.

MONDO TAROT may use analytics information to:

improve MONDO TAROT;
identify technical errors;
understand how features are used;
improve the user experience;

9. Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads

MONDO TAROT does not sell users' personal information in exchange for money.

preventing advertising fraud;
limiting invalid traffic;
providing non-personalized advertisements;
providing personalized advertisements where legally permitted and where the required permissions or consent have been obtained.

Advertisements may continue to appear even when a user does not consent to personalized advertising, subject to Google's available advertising services, platform restrictions, and applicable law.

Users with an active MONDO TAROT monthly subscription do not receive advertisements within MONDO TAROT while the relevant subscription entitlement remains active.

9.1. App Tracking Transparency on iOS and iPadOS

On iOS and iPadOS, where required, MONDO TAROT uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency ("ATT") framework before accessing the device's advertising identifier or allowing information to be used for tracking in a manner that requires ATT permission.

MONDO TAROT may request ATT permission for purposes such as:

personalized advertising;
advertising measurement;
measuring advertising performance;
supporting advertising functionality that depends on an advertising identifier.

Users may choose not to grant App Tracking Transparency permission.

Declining ATT permission does not prevent users from accessing or using MONDO TAROT's core application functionality.

If ATT permission is declined, advertisements may still be displayed unless the user has an active subscription that removes advertisements.

Where applicable, advertisements may instead be displayed using methods that do not rely on the device advertising identifier or other tracking that requires ATT authorization.

App Tracking Transparency permission is separate from advertising consent choices managed through Google's consent management platform.

MONDO TAROT respects both:

the user's ATT choice provided through iOS or iPadOS; and
the user's advertising consent choices where a consent mechanism is required.

Users may review or change MONDO TAROT's tracking permission through the privacy or tracking settings provided by Apple on their device.

10. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices

In regions where applicable privacy law or Google's advertising requirements require a consent mechanism, MONDO TAROT may use Google's consent management platform or another appropriate consent management platform ("CMP").

The consent mechanism may be used to:

provide information about advertising data processing;
request advertising consent where required;
record users' advertising privacy choices;
determine whether personalized advertising may be used;
allow users to review or withdraw applicable advertising choices.

This may apply, for example, to eligible users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions where a consent mechanism is required.

Where the functionality is available or required, users may access a Privacy Choices, Manage Advertising Choices, or similar option within MONDO TAROT to review or modify their advertising choices.

Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements from MONDO TAROT.

Unless advertisements are removed through an active monthly subscription, users may continue to receive non-personalized advertisements or other forms of advertising permitted by Google, the operating system, the user's permissions, and applicable law.

Changing advertising consent does not automatically change an ATT permission previously selected through iOS or iPadOS.

Similarly, changing ATT permission does not necessarily replace choices provided through an advertising consent platform.

11. Cookies and Website Technologies

MONDO TAROT-related pages on tramchuyenke.com may use:

cookies;
local storage;
session storage;
similar browser or device technologies.

These technologies may be used to:

maintain login status;
secure user sessions;
remember settings;
provide website functionality;
measure and analyze usage;
operate MONDO TAROT-related functionality;
operate AI Tarot-related functionality.

The website may use Google Analytics.

If MONDO TAROT introduces additional advertising or non-essential tracking technologies on the website, this Privacy Policy may be updated as appropriate.

13. Legal Bases for Processing in the EEA, UK, and Similar Jurisdictions

Where European Economic Area, European Union, United Kingdom, or similar privacy laws apply, MONDO TAROT may rely on one or more legal bases depending on the processing activity.

Performance of a Contract

Information may be processed where necessary to provide a service requested by the user, including:

creating and maintaining an account;
authenticating a user;
providing AI Tarot;
maintaining an active subscription;
providing purchased subscription benefits;
verifying purchases or subscription entitlements.

Consent

MONDO TAROT may rely on consent for processing activities such as:

MONDO TAROT also does not provide its user database to unrelated third parties for unrestricted independent use.

However, MONDO TAROT uses service providers for:

authentication;

Local Tarot Reading Data

Tarot data stored locally on the device may be retained until:

the application or application data is removed from the device according to the operating system's behavior and configuration.

AI Tarot Data

AI Tarot questions, Tarot information, generated AI results, and associated history may be stored in their original form to provide history or related functionality.

Such data may generally be retained while the relevant account remains active unless the user deletes the data through an available feature or account deletion is completed.

Error Logs

Technical error logs are generally retained for a maximum period of approximately 90 days.

Subscription and Transaction Information

Transaction and subscription information maintained by MONDO TAROT's backend may be retained as reasonably necessary to:

verify subscriptions;
determine current entitlements;
resolve purchase-related problems;
maintain appropriate transaction records.

Apple, Google, or other third parties may independently retain their own records according to applicable law and their respective policies.

MONDO TAROT does not control the independent retention practices of third-party providers.

17. Account Deletion

Users may initiate account deletion through the personal information or account-management area available within MONDO TAROT.

MONDO TAROT also provides, or will provide where required, a method for requesting account deletion through tramchuyenke.com.

Deletion Process

When a user requests deletion of a MONDO TAROT account:

the account is placed into a pending deletion state;
a waiting period of seven (7) days applies;
if the user signs in again during the seven-day waiting period, the deletion request is canceled and the account is restored;
if the user does not sign in again during the waiting period, MONDO TAROT will proceed with deletion of the account and associated data from its systems.

After account deletion has been completed, information associated with the account on MONDO TAROT's systems is deleted according to MONDO TAROT's deletion procedures and is no longer maintained as an active account.

Information independently retained by Apple, Google, AI providers, payment providers, or other third parties may remain subject to the respective third party's privacy policy, legal obligations, and retention requirements.

Any mandatory rights available under applicable law or applicable Apple or Google policies remain unaffected.

18. Information Security

MONDO TAROT uses technical and operational measures intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure of information.

Current safeguards may include:

HTTPS/TLS for information transmitted over networks;
protection of authentication tokens;
restricted SSH access;
databases not directly exposed to the public Internet;
access controls;
system backups;
restrictions on backend administrative privileges.

Backend administrative access is currently primarily held by the developer, Ngô Ngọc Thể.

No electronic system, network, storage system, or security procedure can guarantee absolute security.

Some AI Tarot content may be stored in PostgreSQL in a form readable by MONDO TAROT's systems and may not currently be separately encrypted at the individual database-field or content level.

Users should therefore avoid entering identifying information, health information, financial information, authentication information, or other sensitive information into AI Tarot questions.

If a security incident affecting personal information is discovered, MONDO TAROT will take reasonable measures to:

determine the scope of the incident;
limit its impact;
remedy identified vulnerabilities;
protect remaining information;
notify users or competent authorities where required by applicable law.

19. Data Storage and International Transfers

MONDO TAROT's primary backend uses PostgreSQL on an AZVPS VPS located in Vietnam.

However, when users interact with services provided by:

Google;
Google Gemini;
Google Analytics;
Google AdMob;
Google Mobile Ads;
Apple;
OpenAI;
other international service providers;

information may be processed or transferred to servers located outside the country in which the user resides.

Those countries may have data protection laws different from the laws applicable in the user's country.

Where applicable law requires specific safeguards or legal mechanisms for international transfers, MONDO TAROT will implement or rely on appropriate mechanisms applicable to the relevant processing activity.
