TERMS OF USE – MONDO TAROT

Welcome to MONDO TAROT.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MONDO TAROT application, MONDO TAROT features available on tramchuyenke.com, your MONDO TAROT account, AI Tarot, community features, and other related services provided by MONDO TAROT.

MONDO TAROT is developed and operated by:

By creating an account, accessing, or using MONDO TAROT, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read and understand these Terms and agree to be bound by them to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not create an account or discontinue your use of MONDO TAROT.

1. Eligibility and Minimum Age

MONDO TAROT is intended only for users 16 years of age or older.

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you confirm that:

you are at least 16 years old;
you have the legal capacity required to agree to these Terms under applicable law;
the information you provide to MONDO TAROT is reasonably accurate;
your use of MONDO TAROT is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

MONDO TAROT currently does not require users to provide their date of birth, but may implement age confirmation mechanisms or other age verification measures where necessary.

If MONDO TAROT has reasonable grounds to determine that an account belongs to an individual under the age of 16, we may:

restrict access;
temporarily suspend the account;
require verification;
or delete the account in accordance with an appropriate process.

Benefits or digital products directly associated with a deleted account may no longer be available after the deletion process is completed.

Any refund rights, transaction restoration rights, or other mandatory rights available to users, if applicable, will continue to be handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. MONDO TAROT Account

MONDO TAROT supports account creation or sign-in through:

Google;
Sign in with Apple.

MONDO TAROT does not provide a separate password for MONDO TAROT accounts.

You are responsible for:

protecting the device you use to sign in;
protecting your Google or Apple account;
not intentionally allowing others to use your account in a manner inconsistent with the purpose of the service;
notifying us if you discover unauthorized access.

You must not:

impersonate another person;
create an account for fraudulent purposes;
use another person’s information without authorization;
use multiple accounts to circumvent bans, suspensions, restrictions, or moderation measures;
buy, sell, or transfer accounts without MONDO TAROT’s permission.

MONDO TAROT may use internal IDs, authentication tokens, or other technical information necessary to maintain and protect accounts.

The processing of account data is described in greater detail in the MONDO TAROT Privacy Policy.

3. Scope of the Service

MONDO TAROT may provide one or more features such as:

Tarot readings;
Tarot card interpretations;
Tarot reading history;
AI Tarot;
personalized Tarot reading styles;
user profiles;
nicknames;
bios;
levels;
interests;
multi-device synchronization;
community posts;
comments;
following other users;
messaging or interactions between users, where such functionality is provided;
content reporting;
user reporting;
in-app notifications;
advertising;
paid features;
other features that MONDO TAROT may develop in the future.

Certain features may require:

an account;
an Internet connection;
a subscription;
lifetime access;
a newer version of the application;
or certain technical requirements.

4. Purpose of Tarot

MONDO TAROT is created for the purposes of:

entertainment;
self-exploration;
reference;
experiencing Tarot;
supporting personal reflection.

MONDO TAROT does not claim that Tarot can predict the future with certainty.

Tarot readings and interpretations should not be treated as certain facts about future events.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use Tarot content.

5. Not Professional Advice

MONDO TAROT and AI Tarot are not professional advisory services.

Content provided through the application does not constitute:

medical advice;
medical diagnosis;
professional psychological advice;
legal advice;
financial advice;
investment advice;
tax advice;
insurance advice;
professional career advice;
or any other licensed professional service.

You should not delay seeking professional assistance or make important decisions solely on the basis of Tarot or AI Tarot content.

In situations involving serious consequences related to your health, safety, legal matters, finances, or rights, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

6. AI Tarot

Certain detailed interpretations within MONDO TAROT use artificial intelligence.

MONDO TAROT currently primarily uses the Google Gemini API and may use the OpenAI API or other AI services in the future.

When you use AI Tarot, information relating to your Tarot reading and your question may be sent to the MONDO TAROT backend and subsequently to the appropriate AI service for processing.

6.1. Limitations of AI

You understand that AI systems:

may generate inaccurate information;
may misunderstand questions;
may generate content that lacks context;
may provide different interpretations for the same question;
may generate content that is identical or similar to content generated for other users;
cannot know the future with certainty;
do not replace human or professional judgment.

MONDO TAROT does not guarantee that AI-generated results:

will always be accurate;
will always be appropriate;
will always be unique;
will be free from errors;
or will produce an outcome desired by the user.

7. Sensitive Content in AI Questions

AI Tarot allows users to enter questions in free-form text.

You should not enter unnecessary information such as:

medical records or health data;
identification document numbers;
passwords;
banking information;
payment card numbers;
confidential financial information;
biometric data;
religious information;
political opinions;
information about sexual life;
private information about other people;
trade secrets;
or information that you do not want processed by an AI service.

If you voluntarily enter such information, the content may become part of the AI request and may be processed or stored in accordance with the MONDO TAROT Privacy Policy.

You must not use AI Tarot to intentionally collect, process, or exploit another person’s personal data unlawfully.

8. Prohibited AI Content

You must not intentionally use MONDO TAROT or AI Tarot to create, request, or facilitate content that:

violates the law;
exploits or harms children;
provides instructions for serious criminal activity;
involves fraud or impersonation;
distributes malware;
facilitates unauthorized system access;
harasses or threatens others;
infringes intellectual property rights;
unlawfully discloses personal data;
incites violence;
or attempts to circumvent MONDO TAROT’s or an AI provider’s safety measures.

MONDO TAROT may apply filters, limits, refuse requests, or block content where necessary to protect the service and its users.

9. Monthly Subscription

MONDO TAROT offers an automatically renewing monthly subscription.

While the monthly subscription remains active, users may receive benefits including:

removal of in-app advertisements;
account synchronization across multiple devices;
profile information synchronization;
nickname;
level;
bio;
interests;
style;
Tarot reading history synchronization;
AI Tarot history synchronization;
other benefits clearly described on the purchase screen.

The specific benefits available at the time of purchase will be displayed within the application.

9.1. Automatic Renewal

The monthly plan is designed as an automatically renewing subscription.

After each billing period, the subscription may automatically renew for the next billing period unless you cancel it through the applicable payment platform.

The price, currency, applicable taxes, and billing cycle will be displayed before you confirm the transaction.

9.2. Canceling a Subscription

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your corresponding Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Deleting the application from your device does not cancel your subscription.

Deleting your MONDO TAROT account also may not automatically cancel payment obligations managed by Apple or Google.

If you have an automatically renewing subscription, you should cancel it through the Apple App Store or Google Play before or at the same time as requesting deletion of your MONDO TAROT account.

After cancellation, access will generally continue until the end of the period for which you have already paid, unless otherwise provided by the applicable platform or applicable law.

10. Lifetime Plan

MONDO TAROT may offer a lifetime plan as a one-time purchase.

Under the current product configuration, the lifetime plan:

does not automatically renew monthly;
is linked to your MONDO TAROT account;
does not remove advertisements;
supports synchronization of certain profile information across multiple devices;
may synchronize your nickname;
bio;
interests;
style;
supported account information;
does not include synchronization of Tarot reading history, unless MONDO TAROT announces a change to this feature in the future.

10.1. Meaning of “Lifetime”

“Lifetime” within MONDO TAROT means access without recurring renewal requirements to the features designated for that product for as long as:

the corresponding MONDO TAROT account continues to exist;
the purchase entitlement remains valid;
the relevant service and features continue to be provided by MONDO TAROT.

The term “lifetime” does not constitute a commitment that MONDO TAROT, the App Store, Google Play, any particular technology, or any online service will continue to exist indefinitely.

If a service must be discontinued or materially changed, MONDO TAROT will handle remaining entitlements in accordance with applicable mandatory law and the policies of the relevant distribution platform.

11. Pricing and Price Changes

Product prices may vary depending on:

country;
currency;
platform;
taxes;
promotions;
Apple or Google policies.

The applicable price for a transaction will be displayed before you confirm the purchase.

MONDO TAROT may change prices for future transactions.

For active subscriptions, price changes will be handled in accordance with Apple’s or Google’s procedures and applicable law.

12. Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the rules of the applicable payment platform.

Refund requests may be:

processed by Apple;
processed by Google;
supported by MONDO TAROT where permitted by the platform;
or handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

MONDO TAROT does not use these Terms to exclude any refund or remedy rights that consumers are mandatorily entitled to under applicable law.

A user’s dissatisfaction with a Tarot or AI-generated result does not automatically create a right to a refund unless otherwise provided by platform policy or applicable law.

13. Restoring Purchases

MONDO TAROT may provide functionality to verify or restore eligible purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

The ability to restore a purchase depends on:

the type of transaction;
the store account;
the MONDO TAROT account;
transaction status;
platform rules;
applicable law.

Restoring a purchase does not mean that personal data or content previously deleted from a MONDO TAROT account will also be restored.

14. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their accounts through MONDO TAROT and through a method provided on the MONDO TAROT website.

When you request account deletion:

your account is placed in a pending deletion state;
the waiting period is 7 days;
if you sign in again during the 7-day period, the deletion request is canceled;
if you do not sign in again, MONDO TAROT will delete the account and related data after the waiting period in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You should carefully consider your decision before confirming deletion.

14.1. Lifetime Plan Upon Account Deletion

Once account deletion is completed, lifetime plan benefits stored and directly linked to that MONDO TAROT account may be deleted and may not be recoverable from MONDO TAROT’s systems.

Any mandatory purchase restoration or refund rights provided by Apple, Google, or applicable law are not excluded by these Terms.

14.2. Subscription Upon Account Deletion

If your account has an automatically renewing subscription, you must check and cancel the subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Deleting your MONDO TAROT account should not be understood as confirmation that Apple or Google has stopped charging you.

MONDO TAROT will endeavor to display this warning clearly before users complete an account deletion request.

15. Community Content

MONDO TAROT may provide a community area where users can:

create posts;
comment;
follow;
interact;
send messages;
share Tarot experiences;
report users or content.

Content that you publicly post in the community area may be visible to other users.

You are responsible for the content you post.

16. Ownership of User Content

You retain rights to original content that you create and post on MONDO TAROT to the extent that you lawfully own such content.

Posting content does not transfer ownership of that content to MONDO TAROT.

However, in order to operate the service, you grant MONDO TAROT a license that is:

non-exclusive;
limited to the extent necessary to operate the service;
sufficient to permit storage;
technical copying;
display;
transmission;
distribution within MONDO TAROT;
formatting;
moderation;
processing;

of your content for the purpose of providing the features you use.

For example, if you publish a public post, MONDO TAROT must have the technical right to display that post to other users.

This license does not permit MONDO TAROT to sell ownership of your personal posts to third parties.

When content or an account is deleted, MONDO TAROT’s license to use that content terminates to the extent that the content is no longer necessary for operation of the service, unless otherwise required by law.

17. Content You Must Not Post

You must not post, submit, or share content that:

is unlawful;
is fraudulent;
is threatening;
constitutes harassment;
constitutes bullying;
incites violence;
incites hatred;
harms or exploits children;
contains unlawful sexual content;
unlawfully discloses private information;
constitutes doxxing;
infringes copyright or trademark rights;
impersonates another person;
constitutes spam;
contains fraudulent advertising;
contains links to malware;
is intended to steal accounts or user information;
facilitates criminal activity;
infringes the rights of others;
or is otherwise prohibited by law or the policies of the applicable distribution platform.

You must also not use messaging or commenting features to harass other users.

18. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

MONDO TAROT may provide tools to:

report posts;
report comments;
report users;
block users;
report inappropriate AI results;
or provide similar protective mechanisms.

MONDO TAROT has the right to review reported content and take appropriate action.

Such actions may include:

taking no action where no violation is found;
issuing a warning;
hiding content;
deleting content;
restricting interaction capabilities;
limiting content visibility;
temporarily restricting features;
temporarily suspending an account;
deleting an account;
or taking other measures necessary to protect the community.

The fact that content has been reported by another person does not automatically mean that the content violates these Terms.

MONDO TAROT may consider the relevant context before making a decision.

19. Appeals of Moderation Decisions

If you believe that:

your content was removed by mistake;
your account was incorrectly restricted;
your account was incorrectly suspended;
or another moderation decision was incorrect,

Please provide sufficient information to identify:

the account;
the post or comment;
the decision being appealed;
the reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

MONDO TAROT will review appeals within a reasonable period.

Where applicable law requires an additional appeal mechanism, explanation of decisions, or dispute resolution process, MONDO TAROT will implement the appropriate mechanism.

20. Illegal Content

If you discover content that you believe violates the law, you may use the in-app reporting feature or contact:

MONDO TAROT may request additional information to evaluate the report.

Where appropriate grounds exist, MONDO TAROT may:

restrict access;
remove content;
preserve necessary information where required by law;
cooperate with competent authorities in response to lawful requests.

21. MONDO TAROT Intellectual Property

Except for content owned by users or third parties, MONDO TAROT components such as:

source code;
application structure;
user interface;
design;
logo;
branding;
text;
Tarot systems;
interpretation data;
images owned by MONDO TAROT;
features;
databases;
layouts;
software;

are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Permission to use MONDO TAROT does not mean that MONDO TAROT transfers ownership of these assets to you.

22. License to Use the Application

As long as you comply with these Terms, MONDO TAROT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service for personal and lawful purposes.

Unless otherwise mandatorily permitted by law, you must not:

unlawfully copy the software;
resell the application;
unlawfully grant others access;
attempt to obtain non-public source code;
circumvent technical protection measures;
exploit vulnerabilities;
interfere with the system;
conduct denial-of-service attacks;
collect data in bulk using unauthorized bots or crawlers;
use automation to manipulate the service;
reverse engineer the service beyond what is permitted by law;
use MONDO TAROT to build a service that infringes MONDO TAROT’s or a third party’s intellectual property rights.

23. Rights in AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated results may not qualify for intellectual property protection in every jurisdiction.

To the extent that MONDO TAROT has the right to permit such use and applicable law allows it, users may:

read;
save;
use;
share;

their AI Tarot results for lawful purposes.

MONDO TAROT does not guarantee that:

AI-generated results are unique;
users have exclusive rights to the results;
results will not resemble content generated for other users;
results are eligible for copyright registration in every country.

You are responsible for verifying any necessary rights before using AI-generated results for commercial, publishing, or important legal purposes.

24. Third-Party Services

MONDO TAROT uses or integrates with third-party services such as:

Google;
Apple;
Google Gemini;
OpenAI;
Google AdMob;
Google Analytics;
Apple App Store;
Google Play;
infrastructure and technical service providers.

Certain features may depend on the operation of these services.

MONDO TAROT does not control all aspects of third-party systems.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms or policies of those providers.

25. Advertising

MONDO TAROT may display advertisements through Google AdMob or another appropriately disclosed advertising provider.

Advertisements may direct users to third-party websites, applications, or products.

The appearance of an advertisement within MONDO TAROT does not automatically mean that MONDO TAROT guarantees or endorses every claim made by the advertiser.

Users should make their own assessment before entering into transactions with third parties.

The monthly subscription currently may provide the ability to remove advertisements while the subscription remains active.

The lifetime plan currently does not include ad removal.

26. System Manipulation Is Prohibited

You must not:

falsify transactions;
falsify purchase tokens;
interfere with payment verification;
unlawfully modify local data to unlock features;
exploit errors to obtain paid benefits;
falsify levels or account status;
unlawfully exploit APIs;
circumvent usage limits;
attack the backend;
attempt to access another person’s account;
exploit vulnerabilities for the purpose of causing harm.

If you discover a security vulnerability, you are encouraged to report it to:

rather than exploiting it.

27. Account Suspension or Termination

MONDO TAROT may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a user:

violates these Terms;
violates the law;
engages in fraud;
falsifies payments;
harasses others;
posts seriously prohibited content;
endangers other users;
attacks the system;
intentionally circumvents moderation measures;
uses an account without meeting the minimum age requirement;
engages in conduct that poses a serious risk to the service.

Where appropriate, MONDO TAROT may use less restrictive measures before terminating an account.

In cases involving serious violations, safety risks, fraud, or legal obligations, MONDO TAROT may take immediate action.

Where required by law, users will be provided with appropriate information regarding the reason for the action and available appeal mechanisms.

28. Paid Benefits When an Account Is Suspended or Terminated

Restriction or termination of an account due to a serious violation does not automatically create a right to a refund.

However, this does not exclude:

mandatory refund rights;
consumer protection rights;
appeal rights;
restoration rights;
other rights provided to users by applicable law, Apple, or Google.

MONDO TAROT will not use these Terms to deprive users of such mandatory rights.

29. Service Availability

MONDO TAROT seeks to maintain a stable service but does not guarantee that the service will operate continuously 100% of the time.

The service may be temporarily interrupted due to:

maintenance;
upgrades;
software errors;
server failures;
network failures;
AI provider outages;
Google or Apple service interruptions;
payment system failures;
cyberattacks;
events beyond reasonable control;
legal requirements.

MONDO TAROT may modify or replace a feature where necessary to:

improve the product;
enhance security;
comply with platform policies;
comply with applicable law;
replace technology that is no longer supported.

30. Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service

MONDO TAROT reserves the right to develop, modify, or discontinue parts of the service in the future.

If a change materially affects active paid benefits, we will handle the change reasonably and in accordance with:

the product description;
consumer protection law;
contractual obligations;
Apple’s requirements;
Google’s requirements.

This provision regarding service changes does not permit MONDO TAROT to eliminate mandatory consumer rights.

31. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MONDO TAROT is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

MONDO TAROT does not guarantee that:

all Tarot content will meet your expectations;
AI will always be accurate;
the service will never be interrupted;
every error can be immediately corrected;
a Tarot reading will lead to a specific real-world outcome;
a prediction will occur;
MONDO TAROT is suitable for any particular professional decision.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory warranties or guarantees available to consumers under applicable law.

32. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MONDO TAROT shall not be liable for damages arising solely because a user:

treats Tarot results as certain predictions;
relies entirely on AI to make important decisions;
disregards professional advice;
voluntarily discloses sensitive information;
violates these Terms;
enters into transactions with advertisers or third parties without MONDO TAROT’s involvement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MONDO TAROT’s liability is limited to direct, actual, and demonstrable damages arising from conduct for which MONDO TAROT is legally responsible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

This includes mandatory consumer protection rights available to users in their place of residence.

33. Data Protection and Privacy

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by the MONDO TAROT Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains:

the data we collect;
data stored on the device;
data stored on the backend;
AI-related data;
Google Analytics;
AdMob;
AI service providers;
retention periods;
user rights;
the account deletion process.

The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are separate documents serving different purposes, but both apply to your use of MONDO TAROT.

34. Changes to These Terms

MONDO TAROT may update these Terms when:

new features are added;
paid products are changed;
AI services are changed;
community features are changed;
Apple or Google requirements change;
applicable law changes;
clarification of user rights and obligations is necessary.

If a change materially affects users, MONDO TAROT may provide notice through:

the application;
the website;
in-app notifications;
a screen requesting acceptance of updated Terms;
another appropriate method.

The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.

If applicable law requires users to actively accept a particular change, MONDO TAROT will request appropriate acceptance rather than treating continued use alone as consent.

35. Governing Law

MONDO TAROT is developed and operated by an individual in Vietnam.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

However, if you are a consumer in another country or region and the laws of your place of residence provide mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by contract, these Terms are not intended to exclude those rights.

36. Dispute Resolution

If an issue arises in connection with MONDO TAROT, we encourage users to first contact us at:

so that both parties have an opportunity to resolve the matter in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may use dispute resolution mechanisms, consumer protection authorities, arbitration, courts, or other procedures permitted by applicable law.

To the extent that users in the EU or another jurisdiction have the right to use a specific complaint or dispute resolution mechanism under mandatory law, those rights are not limited by these Terms.

37. Severability

If any provision or part of these Terms is determined by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed from these Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

38. No Waiver

MONDO TAROT’s failure to immediately enforce any right or provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right or provision.

39. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with:

the Privacy Policy;
purchase terms displayed at the time of a transaction;
any supplemental policies validly published for a specific feature;

constitute the agreement relating to the use of MONDO TAROT between the user and the developer to the extent applicable.

If any provision conflicts with a mandatory right under applicable law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
