This Privacy Policy explains how MONDO TAROT collects, uses, stores, processes, synchronizes, shares, and deletes information when you use the MONDO TAROT application, MONDO TAROT-related features on tramchuyenke.com, or other related MONDO TAROT services.

Your use of MONDO TAROT means that you have been provided with an opportunity to read this Privacy Policy.

1. Developer Information

MONDO TAROT is a project within the group of projects introduced and provided through tramchuyenke.com.

Unless otherwise stated on a specific page or service, this Policy applies only to MONDO TAROT and the portions of the website directly related to MONDO TAROT.

2. Minimum Age

MONDO TAROT is designed for users 16 years of age or older.

Individuals under the age of 16 may not create or maintain a MONDO TAROT account.

MONDO TAROT currently does not require users to provide their date of birth. However, we may require users to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement when creating an account or using certain features.

If we have reasonable grounds to determine that an account belongs to an individual under the age of 16, we may suspend the account, restrict access, or delete the account and related data.

If an account is deleted, benefits or features that were purchased and directly linked to the MONDO TAROT account may no longer be available after the deletion process is completed.

Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with the policies of the Apple App Store, Google Play, and applicable law. This Policy is not intended to limit any mandatory refund rights available to users under applicable law.

3. Types of Data We Collect

Depending on how you use MONDO TAROT, we may process the following types of data.

3.1. Account Information

When you sign in or create an account using Google or Apple, MONDO TAROT may receive:

user ID;
email address;
name;
information necessary to authenticate the account;
authentication tokens or codes;
information necessary to maintain your login session.

MONDO TAROT does not provide its own password system and does not store users’ Google or Apple passwords.

If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email address, MONDO TAROT may receive a private relay email address provided by Apple instead of your actual email address.

3.2. MONDO TAROT Profile

Depending on the features you use, your account may include:

nickname;
display name;
level;
bio;
interests;
Tarot reading style;
personalization preferences;
account configuration information.

3.3. Device Identifiers

MONDO TAROT creates an internal device ID to support the operation of the application.

This ID is generated by MONDO TAROT and is not the user’s password.

In addition to this internal ID, third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, such as Google AdMob or Google Analytics, may process other device or advertising identifiers depending on the operating system, SDK configuration, the user’s privacy choices, and applicable law.

3.4. Tarot Reading Data Stored on the Device

Most standard Tarot readings are processed using MONDO TAROT’s existing Tarot data.

Tarot reading history and results may be stored locally using SQLite within the application’s storage area on the device.

When a user performs a Tarot reading, the application may automatically save the result to the reading history.

Local Tarot reading data:

is retained until the user actively deletes it;
is deleted when the user uses the corresponding deletion function;
under the current configuration, is designed to be removed when the application is uninstalled from the device.

Operating system-level backup or restoration may depend on the device and platform configuration.

3.5. Multi-Device Synchronization Data

Certain plans or account entitlements allow data to be synchronized through the MONDO TAROT backend.

For the monthly subscription plan, the system may synchronize:

account information;
nickname;
level;
bio;
interests;
style;
Tarot reading history;
AI Tarot history;
data necessary for synchronization across multiple devices.

The monthly plan is an automatically renewing monthly subscription, subject to the purchase terms displayed by the applicable app store.

For lifetime access, the purchase entitlement is linked to the MONDO TAROT account and may support synchronization of profile information such as:

nickname;
interests;
style;
bio;
related user information.

The lifetime plan currently does not synchronize Tarot reading history and does not include an ad-removal feature, unless MONDO TAROT changes the product features and informs users in the future.

4. AI Tarot and Data Sent to AI Services

MONDO TAROT includes artificial intelligence features that provide detailed interpretations of Tarot readings.

The system primarily uses the Google Gemini API and, in certain cases, may use the OpenAI API.

When you use AI Tarot, MONDO TAROT may send the following information to its backend:

the question entered by the user;
information about the Tarot cards;
the positions of the cards;
the context of the reading;
data necessary for the AI to interpret the result.

The backend may then transmit the necessary content to Google Gemini or OpenAI to generate a response.

MONDO TAROT does not intentionally include account information such as:

email address;
user ID;
nickname;
device ID;

in AI requests unless this becomes necessary in the future and this Privacy Policy is updated accordingly.

4.1. Storage of AI Tarot Content

MONDO TAROT may store:

the exact text of questions submitted by users to AI;
information about the Tarot reading;
the exact text or content of AI-generated results;
AI Tarot usage history.

This data may be used to provide AI Tarot history, operate the feature, synchronize data where synchronization features apply, and assist with troubleshooting.

MONDO TAROT does not use users’ questions or Tarot history to train MONDO TAROT’s own AI models.

Third-party AI providers have their own data-processing policies. How Google or OpenAI processes data received through their APIs may depend on the type of service, account configuration, service plan, and the provider’s terms.

5. Warning About Sensitive Data in AI Tarot

AI Tarot allows users to enter questions in free-form text.

As a result, users may voluntarily enter private or sensitive information.

MONDO TAROT does not require or encourage users to enter sensitive data into AI Tarot.

You should not enter:

health information or medical records;
financial or bank account information;
passwords;
payment card numbers;
identification document numbers;
information about religion;
political opinions;
information about sexual life or sexual orientation;
biometric data;
personal secrets;
confidential information about other people;
information that you do not want transmitted to third-party AI services.

If users nevertheless choose to include such information in their questions, that content may be processed as part of the AI request and may be stored in history as described in this Policy.

Where applicable law requires separate consent or imposes restrictions on the processing of a particular category of data, MONDO TAROT will implement the necessary measures accordingly.

6. Error Logs and Technical Data

MONDO TAROT’s backend may retain technical logs for purposes such as:

detecting errors;
diagnosing issues;
ensuring stable system operation;
securing the service;
investigating abnormal activity or abuse.

Error logs are retained for a maximum period of approximately 90 days, after which they are deleted or overwritten according to operational procedures.

MONDO TAROT does not intentionally use logs to store Tarot content.

However, in certain technical error situations, request content, including part or all of an AI Tarot question, may inadvertently appear in logs.

Under the current configuration, MONDO TAROT’s error logs do not intentionally record IP addresses for the purpose of identifying users.

7. Community and Social Features

MONDO TAROT may provide Tarot-related community features, including:

posts;
comments;
following;
public profiles;
interactions with other users;
content reporting;
user reporting;
in-app notifications.

Information that users voluntarily post publicly may be visible to other users.

Users should not post information that they wish to keep confidential.

7.1. Reporting Violations

When a user reports content or another user, the system may store:

reporter ID;
reported user ID;
reason for the report;
related post ID;
related comment ID;
data necessary to review the report.

This information is used for community moderation, handling violations, and protecting users.

Community data may be retained until the account is deleted or until the content is removed by MONDO TAROT during moderation.

7.2. Notifications

MONDO TAROT currently does not use operating system push notifications for ordinary notifications.

Certain notifications relating to community activity, reports, or account activity are displayed directly within the application.

8. Purchase and Subscription Data

MONDO TAROT offers in-app purchases, including monthly subscriptions and lifetime access to certain features.

Payments are processed through the applicable distribution platforms, such as:

Apple App Store;
Google Play.

MONDO TAROT does not directly process or store users’ complete credit card or payment card information.

To verify transactions and entitlements, the backend may store:

subscription status;
entitlement type;
transaction ID;
purchase ID;
purchase token;
transaction verification code;
technical information necessary to verify transactions.

App store providers may independently retain transaction data in accordance with their own policies and legal obligations.

9. Google Analytics

MONDO TAROT and/or related pages on tramchuyenke.com may use Google Analytics or Google analytics technologies to understand how users interact with the service.

Analytics data may include:

usage events;
screens or features accessed;
application information;
device information;
usage sessions;
technical information;
identifiers used by analytics SDKs according to their configuration.

We use analytics data to:

improve MONDO TAROT;
identify errors;
understand which features are used;
improve the user experience;
evaluate service performance.

In regions where applicable law requires prior consent before using certain non-essential analytics technologies, MONDO TAROT will implement an appropriate consent collection and management mechanism.

10. Google AdMob Advertising

The MONDO TAROT application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Google and Google’s advertising partners may process certain device information, identifiers, advertising interaction data, or technical data depending on:

Google Mobile Ads SDK configuration;
the user’s region;
the type of advertisement;
consent choices;
system permissions;
applicable law.

MONDO TAROT does not sell users’ personal information in exchange for money.

However, the use of advertising services may result in technical data being transmitted to Google or its advertising partners for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, or, where permitted, personalized advertising.

10.1. Users in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Where applicable, MONDO TAROT may use Google’s consent management platform or another appropriate CMP to:

provide information about advertising;
collect consent where required;
record privacy choices;
allow users to review or withdraw their choices.

Google requires publishers to use appropriate consent mechanisms in certain circumstances when serving advertisements to users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.

Where this functionality applies, users may access Manage Advertising Choices / Privacy Choices within MONDO TAROT’s privacy settings to modify their choices.

Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements from the application. Users may continue to receive non-personalized advertisements or other forms of advertising depending on Google’s available services and applicable law.

11. Cookies and Website

MONDO TAROT pages on tramchuyenke.com may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to:

maintain login status;
secure sessions;
remember settings;
provide functionality;
measure and analyze usage;
operate AI Tarot.

The website may currently use Google Analytics.

If MONDO TAROT adds advertising to the website or other non-essential tracking technologies in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated where necessary.

In regions where consent is required for cookies or other non-essential technologies, we will request the appropriate choice before using them.

12. Purposes of Data Processing

MONDO TAROT uses data as necessary for one or more of the following purposes:

storing Tarot reading history;
providing AI Tarot;

AI Tarot results are not used to determine legal entitlements, credit, insurance, employment, or similar decisions.

AZVPS

MONDO TAROT uses AZVPS VPS services located in Vietnam to operate its backend and database.

These providers may process data in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies, account configurations, and legal obligations.

MONDO TAROT seeks to limit the data transmitted to each provider to what is appropriate for the relevant purpose.

15. Do We Sell Personal Data?

MONDO TAROT does not sell users’ personal data in exchange for money.

We also do not provide our user database to third parties for their unrestricted use for purposes unrelated to MONDO TAROT.

However, MONDO TAROT uses technical, AI, analytics, authentication, and advertising providers as described in this Policy.

In certain jurisdictions, particularly some U.S. states, the legal definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” may be broader than selling data in exchange for money.

To the extent such laws apply to MONDO TAROT and our advertising activities fall within the applicable definitions, we will provide opt-out rights or privacy choices as required by law.

16. Data Retention

MONDO TAROT retains data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless otherwise required by law.

Account Data

Retained for as long as the account exists and until the user requests deletion.

Local Tarot Reading Data

Retained on the device until:

the user deletes the data;
or the application/application data is removed from the device according to system configuration.

Backend-Synchronized Data

Retained for as long as the account exists, unless the user deletes the account or the data is deleted through a specific feature.

AI Tarot

AI Tarot questions and results may be stored in their original form in the system to provide history or related functionality and may be retained for as long as the account exists.

Community Content

May be retained for as long as the account exists or until the content is deleted or removed through moderation.

Error Logs

Generally retained for a maximum of approximately 90 days.

Transaction Data

Transaction information stored on the backend is retained as necessary to maintain account entitlements and verify purchases.

When a MONDO TAROT account is fully deleted, MONDO TAROT is designed to delete related account data from its systems, including data stored on the backend and backups according to its deletion procedures.

Apple, Google, or other third parties may continue to retain their own records in accordance with applicable law and their policies; MONDO TAROT does not control such independent retention.

17. Account Deletion

Users may initiate account deletion from the personal information screen within MONDO TAROT.

MONDO TAROT also provides, or will provide before this Policy takes effect in the applicable production environment, a method for requesting account deletion through tramchuyenke.com.

Deletion Process

When a user requests account deletion:

the account is placed in a pending deletion state;
the waiting period is 7 days;
if the user signs in again during the 7-day period, the deletion request is canceled and the account is restored;
if the user does not sign in again, MONDO TAROT will delete the account and related data from its systems after the waiting period expires.

After deletion is completed, data associated with the account on MONDO TAROT’s systems is deleted and is no longer maintained as an active account.

Purchases or lifetime access entitlements directly linked to the MONDO TAROT account may no longer be available after the account has been permanently deleted.

Users should carefully consider this before confirming account deletion.

Any mandatory refund rights under applicable law or Apple/Google policies continue to apply independently.

18. Information Security

MONDO TAROT uses technical and operational measures intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data.

Current measures may include:

HTTPS/TLS for data transmitted over networks;
protection and encryption of authentication tokens;
restricted SSH access;
databases that are not directly exposed to the public Internet;
access controls;
system backups;
restrictions on backend administrative privileges.

Backend administrative access is currently primarily held by the developer, Ngô Ngọc Thể.

No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Some AI Tarot content is stored in PostgreSQL in a form readable by the system and is currently not separately encrypted at the individual field/content level.

Users should therefore be particularly careful not to include identifying information, medical information, financial information, or other sensitive data in AI Tarot questions.

If a security incident affecting personal data is discovered, MONDO TAROT will take reasonable measures to:

determine the scope of the incident;
limit its impact;
remedy the issue;
protect remaining data;
notify users and/or competent authorities where required by applicable law.

19. Data Storage and International Transfers

MONDO TAROT’s primary backend uses PostgreSQL on an AZVPS VPS located in Vietnam.

However, when using:

Google;
Google Gemini;
Google Analytics;
Google AdMob;
Apple;
OpenAI;
or other international service providers,

data may be processed or transferred to servers located in countries other than the country where the user resides.

Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from those of the user’s country.

Where applicable law requires specific mechanisms for international data transfers, MONDO TAROT will implement or rely on appropriate legal mechanisms provided or required for the relevant processing activities.

20. User Rights

Depending on your place of residence and applicable law, you may have one or more of the following rights:

to request access to personal data;

to request deletion of data;
to request restriction of processing;

MONDO TAROT, including AI-generated content, is provided solely for entertainment, personal exploration, and reference purposes.

Tarot results:

are not certain predictions of the future;
are not medical diagnoses;
are not professional psychological advice;
are not legal advice;
are not financial advice;
are not investment advice;
are not other forms of professional advice.

Users should not rely entirely on Tarot or AI Tarot results when making important decisions relating to health, legal matters, finances, safety, or other matters with serious consequences.

25. Third-Party Links and Services

MONDO TAROT may contain links to or integrations with third-party services.

When users leave MONDO TAROT or use third-party services, the privacy policies of those third parties may apply.

MONDO TAROT does not control all independent data-processing activities carried out by third-party services.
